2.1 Professional Support Services

Our professional support services cover document preparation, contract review, and consultation. You may schedule or postpone appointments by contacting us at +96521442453. We may accommodate service rescheduling subject to availability.

2.2 Information Products

Information products include digital guides, checklists, or templates. Upon purchase, you receive instant access for download.

2.3 Physical Goods

Physical goods include printed manuals or branded materials shipped to your address on file.

3. Order And Payment

4. Refund And Reimbursement Policy

We offer the following reimbursement guidelines based on product or service type:

4.1 Professional Support Services

• Cancellations made at least 48 hours before scheduled time are eligible for full reimbursement.
• If you wish to postpone a scheduled service, we will attempt to accommodate a new date at no extra charge.
• Sessions cancelled less than 48 hours prior or services that have begun are not eligible for reimbursement due to allocated resources.

4.2 Information Products

• You may request a reimbursement within 14 days of purchase if the digital product remains unused.
• Requests made after 14 days are not eligible due to the immediate nature of digital access and potential copying.

4.3 Physical Goods

• You may mail back unopened goods within 30 days of delivery by contacting us for shipping instructions.
• Once items arrive and pass inspection, we will issue a reimbursement for the product price. Shipping charges are non refundable unless the item is defective or an error occurred on our part.
• Reimbursement processing may take up to 10 business days after we receive the items.
